Chris Rankin 'unlikely' for 'HBP', hopeful for 'Deathly Hallows' movie (Harry Potter Automatic News Aggregator)

Filming starts in Scotland for 'Half-Blood Prince' (Harry Potter Automatic News Aggregator)

This past weekend students from Lochaber High School in Fort William filmed scenes for the "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince" movie the Lochaber News reported today. The filming, on the Hogwart's Express at Spean Bridge station, consisted of 100 students with additional filming at Glencoe, Glenfinnan and Glenspean.

'Order of the Phoenix' DVD to include downloadable files (Harry Potter Automatic News Aggregator)

News comes from Warner Home Video that the "Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix" DVD, which is scheduled for release in the U.S. on December 11th, will include two downloadable digital files, which will enable the user to download the film to a PC or a portable device.

National Braille Press announce online auction for complete signed set of 'Harry Potter' books (Harry Potter Automatic News Aggregator)

The National Braille Press has just announced that their online auction featuring a rare complete edition of the "Harry Potter" novels, signed by J.K. Rowling, is now open. The auction, to support the 'Hands On! Books for Blind Children gala,' is open from today through October 25th and will finalize with a gala event on October 26th hosted by "Tonight Show" host, Jay Leno.
